Meet Elise Stefanik, at 30 the youngest woman ever elected to Congress. She’s prolife (was endorsed by the National Right to Life PAC) and will represent New York’s 21st Congressional District. It comprises the Adirondack region, the whole northern part of the state from the Vermont border west to the St. Lawrence River.
