The House of Representatives today voted 230-188 to nullify an Obama resolution designed to  prevent states from redirecting Title X funds away from unsuitable organizations like Planned Parenthood.

Rep. Nita Lowey (CD 17), who represents Rockland, voted against this prolife resolution.
